Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow time to process your order. Made to order items can take 6-10 (or more) working days to complete. Expect an email when your order is finished to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA:  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. You may choose your preferred shipping rate. Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $50 we offer free ground shipping. Estimated delivery time will depend on your chosen delivery rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping to most countries. Our international orders are managed by a third party broker and all applicable taxes and duties will be shown and prepaid once you have entered your shipping address. You will have options for your preferred shipping rate. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. In the unlikely event your order is subject to further import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oddjob is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In most cases, all duties and taxes are prepaid during checkout. We strongly advise against the use of third party shipping proxy services. These services are unreliable at best. We can not assume any responsibility for any lost, damaged, or otherwise unreceived items when a shipping proxy service is used.
