Seigaiha Etched Ladder Locks to retrofit your pack. These are from Austere Manufacturing Company, USA. These require no sewing to install, but you will have to cut (permanently destroy) your current ladder lock hardware.
Best installed using a pair of knipex pliers, just push the rods into place once you have propery installed to your webbing.
